MATERIA PRIMA S.R.L., to acquire and use, directly or through third parties, photographs and/or videos depicting them, without limitation as to manner, time and place, both in Italy and abroad, with full rights to adapt/edit and modify them where necessary , also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, no. 633, Copyright Law, as well as authorizing the use, publication and/or dissemination of said images and videos for advertising purposes and promotional purposes, as well as the storage of the same in the archives of MATERIA PRIMA S.R.L. The undersigned, having taken note of the publication/use of the images that concern him or her in the manner described above, declares that he or she has no claim against MATERIA PRIMA S.R.L. for any damage to his or her name and/or image that may result from harmful uses by third parties.
